    What you'll be doing

    As Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the finance function while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Leading financial reporting, controls, and compliance
    • Delivering commercial insights that shape decisions
    • Payroll, accounts payable/receivable, GST/FBT
    • Trust Account Management
    • AML compliance
    • Driving budgeting, cashflow, forecasting, and planning
    • Strengthening systems, processes, and financial governance
    • Liasing with BDO accountants

    • Proven experience in a Financial Controller role
    • Strong commercial acumen, ideally within real estate or property-related sectors
