  • Key Mortgages is a trusted, customer-focused mortgage advisory business dedicated to helping Kiwis make confident financial decisions. We pride ourselves on genuinely caring for our clients, building long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Loan Assessor / Account Manager to join our team and support both advisers and clients through the mortgage administration process. This role offers strong development potential - whether towards loan writing, mortgage advising, or more sales-focused responsibilities depending on your strengths and aspirations.

    About the Role:

You'll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end administration of mortgage lending - from refixes and top-ups to variations and customer account management. You'll work closely with advisers, clients, and lenders to keep everything running smoothly, while ensuring all documentation and processes meet compliance and regulatory standards.

    This will involve:
    • Completing mortgage refix requests, rate change options, and documentation.
    • Supporting loan applications, top-ups, and variations by collecting client documents and preparing files.
    • Maintaining proactive communication with clients, advisers, and lenders.
    • Providing high-quality customer service and relationship support.
    • Keeping CRM and loan systems up to date; processing account changes and maintaining accurate records.
    • Supporting compliance, AML, and regulatory requirements.
    • Contributing to process improvements, system updates, and general administration tasks.
This is an excellent role for someone with lending administration experience who enjoys mixing customer service, documentation accuracy, and system management.
