  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated Coach Builder to join our busy bus and coach company. This hands-on role involves a wide range of repair and maintenance work on both the interior and exterior of our fleet of coaches.

    About the Role

    You will be responsible for carrying out general repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work to ensure our coaches are kept in excellent condition and meet safety and presentation standards.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Repair and maintenance of bus and coach interiors and exteriors
    • Panel beating and structural body repairs
    • Welding and fabrication work
    • Coach building and refurbishment tasks
    • Diagnosing damage and carrying out quality repairs
    • Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards
    • Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
    About You:
    • Experience in welding, panel beating, and coach building
    • Strong practical mechanical and fabrication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
    • Reliable, safety-focused, and physically fit for hands-on work
