You'll be working from a recently renovated, modern dealership environment that reflects the standard we expect across every part of the business - from presentation to process to customer experience.

You'll be supported by a team of four dedicated buyers sourcing high-quality NZ New and imported vehicles, a strong and established sales team, and an experienced on-site Business Manager with access to over 20 lenders, driving finance performance and deal flexibility.
To support the yard and customer experience, you'll also have a full aftersales team, an on-site workshop, and experienced technicians ensuring vehicles are retail-ready and customers are looked after post-sale.

We're looking for a proven Branch Sales Manager to own the Hamilton branch and lead a team that performs. The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for branch performance.
You'll lead from the front - driving daily activity, owning the pipeline, and delivering consistent monthly results across; Vehicle sales volume, gross profit, F&I penetration, lead conversion, customer satisfaction and stock turn. What You'll Be Responsible For:- Driving Performance - Own your monthly targets and take decisive action when the team is off track. Run structured daily and weekly rhythms that keep activity high and results consistent.
- Leading the Team - Coach, develop, and push your people to perform. Build a culture of high accountability, manage underperformance directly and fairly, and recruit talent that raises the bar.
- Stock & Operations - Keep vehicles yard-ready, priced right, and listed accurately across Trade Me and other platforms. Work closely with reconditioning to prioritise stock and drive turn.
- Customer Experience & Compliance - Hold a high standard across the full customer journey. Drive strong BuyerScore results, Google reviews, and ensure every deal meets compliance requirements.
About You
You're a numbers-driven leader who knows that daily activity ensures weekly targets are met, in turn producing consistent monthly results - and you hold your team to that standard every day.
You bring proven automotive sales leadership, a track record of hitting targets, strong KPI fluency across volume, gross, F&I and conversion, and the energy and urgency to lead from the front. What's in it for You:- Base salary + monthly commission + quarterly and annual bonuses
