  • We're a small, busy team in Auckland's CBD that helps businesses look great. We take plain apparel and promotional gear and turn them into branded masterpieces. We're looking for a reliable, "all-in" person to be the face of the shop and the engine that keeps our orders moving.

    The Role

    This isn't just a "sit behind the desk" job. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our production team. One minute you're helping a local business choose the right hoodies, the next you're checking the quality of a 100-item order or solving a delivery puzzle.

    This is a 1 year Maternity Cover contract with the potential to stay on board at the end of this period.

    What you'll actually be doing:
    • Managing the Shop: Greeting customers, answering the phone, and providing expert advice (and quotes) on our products.
    • Driving Sales: Keeping in touch with our regular clients and finding new ones who need our help.
    • Keeping things Moving: You'll oversee up to 40 jobs at a time. You'll make sure the designs are right, the stock is ordered, and everything stays on schedule.
    • Problem Solving: If a shipment is late or a logo looks wonky, you're the person who steps in to fix it with a "can-do" attitude.
    Who you are:
    • A People Person: You love talking to customers and making sure they walk away happy.
    • A Master Multitasker: You're the person who always has a "to-do" list and actually finishes it and has a great attention to detail.
    • Tech Savvy: You're comfortable with computers. (If you know CorelDRAW or design software, that's a huge plus, but we can teach you!)
    • Reliable: You're someone who takes ownership of your work and doesn't need a manager hovering over your shoulder.
    The Details:
    • Location: 171 Hobson Street, Auckland CBD
    • Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm
