Love working outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful gardens? We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Gardener to join our friendly team on a full-time subcontract basis.
About Us
Gardencare Company Ltd has been operating for over 35 years and has built a strong reputation for reliable, high-quality garden maintenance and landscaping services. We work with a large number of long-term residential and commercial clients and pride ourselves on never missing scheduled garden visits.
You'll be working on a regular garden maintenance round, helping keep gardens looking their absolute best.
Duties include:- Weeding and garden grooming
- Trimming and hedging
- Weed eating and weed spraying
- Mulching when required
- Occasional lawn mowing
- General garden maintenance duties
Details: Full-time subcontract role 5 days per week (approx. 6-8 hours per day).
What We're Looking For:- We want someone who genuinely enjoys gardening and being outdoors.
- A passion for gardening and outdoor work
- Basic gardening tools to demonstrate hands-on experience
- Full driver's licence (required to drive work vehicle)
- Physically fit and strong - lifting garden waste bags up to 25kg+ is part of the role
- Willingness to work in different weather conditions (a good rain jacket helps!)
- Previous gardening or landscaping experience is a bonus
