    Our people are at the core of what we do, and we're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Rangiora team.

    What you'll be doing

    This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll manage the day-to-day operations of the store while working alongside your team on the sales floor, leading by example and setting the standard for customer service, product knowledge, and team culture.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Leading daily store operations, including stock management, rostering, and upholding our core values across every aspect of the business.
    • Managing and motivating your team on the floor, building a positive, high-performing environment.
    • Delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the right products and solutions.
    • Overseeing stock management, including forecasting, inwards/outwards goods, and stocktaking.
    • Supporting your team through regular meetings, training, and development.
    • Managing HR needs including performance management, employee relations, and staff development.
    • Handling daily administration including reconciliations, banking, and financial accuracy.
    • Merchandising, fulfilling click-and-collect orders, and contributing to in-store events.
    What we're looking for:
    • Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and support a small team.
    • Initiative, excellent communication, and a customer-first attitude.
    • Experience in sales and working to performance KPIs.
    • A background in the bicycle industry is a bonus.
    • A genuine passion for cycling and the flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday, including the weekend shift.
