We're looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our dealership team in a hands-on Parts & Service role.
You'll help manage daily parts and service operations, support the workshop team, oversee warranty administration, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with parts and service enquiries
- Manage parts orders, stock control, and supplier communication
- Support workshop and service operations
- Process and manage warranty claims, submissions, and manufacturer compliance requirements
- Liaise with manufacturers and customers regarding warranty approvals and claims
- Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members
- Help achieve department performance targets
What We're Looking For:- Automotive parts, service, and/or warranty administration experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good customer service and teamwork
- Positive attitude with leadership ability
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Good attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Full drivers licence
