Ross Reid Contractors Ltd is a well-established, family-based civil construction company operating since 1954. We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on civil infrastructure, land development, and earthworks projects in Central Otago / Queenstown.

About the role:
You'll be responsible for supervising daily site operations, leading RRCL crews and subcontractors, coordinating plant and resources, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisation, practical site knowledge, and a real commitment to HSEQ and quality.
What we need from you:- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction / earthworks
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and plant resources
- Sound understanding of NZ H&S and environmental requirements
- Ability to read plans, manage daily programmes, and maintain site documentation
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and getting the job done right
You'll work closely with Project Managers, survey teams, plant resources, and site staff to deliver successful outcomes across a range of projects.
