Due to an internal promotion Cockram Motor Group is currently looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Warehouse Storeperson / Delivery Driver to join our Parts Department.
This role is primarily focused on receiving and delivering freight, which makes up approximately 80% of the position. The balance of the role will involve general warehouse duties, stock checking, maintaining a tidy warehouse environment, and assisting with some Parts Advisor duties when required.
Key responsibilities will include:- Receiving and dispatching freight
- Delivering goods to customers and collecting goods from suppliers
- Stock checking and inventory control
- Keeping the warehouse organised, tidy, and efficient
- Assisting the Parts Department as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to demonstrate:- Confidence driving vans or larger vehicles
- A full clean driver licence
- An outgoing / lively personality as you'll be interacting with customers
- Good computer and numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A good level of physical fitness, as lifting is involved with larger automotive parts such as door panels and freight items
Previous warehousing experience is not essential, making this an ideal opportunity for a junior applicant looking to build a career within the automotive industry.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday.
