  • Uno Property Management is looking for a capable and dependable Trust Account Administrator / Business Support team member to join our Business Support team.

    This role has a strong trust accounting focus, while also supporting the wider business as part of a collaborative support team. It suits someone who takes pride in accuracy, follows through well, and understands that strong support work is not just about doing your own tasks properly, but also about being responsive, helpful, and reliable for the wider team.

    You will be responsible for key trust administration tasks such as daily receipting, daily trust reconciliation, owner and creditor payments, unidentified receipts, overdue administration, transaction requests, and related support work. The underlying JD also includes general administration support to the wider team.

    What you'll be doing:
    • Daily receipting of rents, bonds, letting fees, and other trust account income
    • Daily trust account reconciliation
    • Processing owner and creditor payments accurately and on time
    • Managing unidentified receipts and reconciling suspense items
    • Supporting mid-month and end-of-month trust procedures
    • Checking reports, statements, and trust-related records carefully
    • Managing rent overdue administration and related follow-up
    • Processing transaction requests and property-related charges as required
    • Supporting the operations team on trust-related matters
    • Assisting with general administration and support tasks across the business when required

    • experience with receipting, reconciliation, payments, statements, or related financial administration
    • confidence using systems, spreadsheets, and software
    • CRM experience is helpful, but not essential
    • Speaking Mandarin is an advantage, but not a necessity
