About the opportunity:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join the team at our Manukau Branch in a full time capacity. As part of this role, you will be a key part of the sales process, with our New and Used Vehicle Sales teams handing their customers over to you to arrange their vehicle finance. You will also have ample opportunity to advise the customers of the Toyota suite of products, providing Toyota warranties, insurance, and other add-on products, all designed to add value to our customers and help them to protect their vehicle investment.
About you:- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is essential.
- Outstanding customer service and sales skills
- A drive and desire to meet & exceed sales targets
- The ability to work under pressure
- A relevant tertiary qualification will set you apart from the crowd.
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours if required.
- A high level of professionalism with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people
- The ability to maintain good working relationships with all dealership staff
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize, multitask, and focus on detail
- Sound computer skills and the willingness to learn new systems and processes
