Mastercraft Kitchens by B&M Joinery is seeking a motivated and creative Sales & Design Consultant to join our Cromwell showroom team.

About the role
This is a permanent part-time position (25-30 hours per week) based onsite in our Cromwell showroom.
The role focuses on servicing clients' sales and design requirements for household joinery, from initial enquiry through to project completion.
Key responsibilities:- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored joinery solutions
- Sell products and services while meeting client requirements and expectations
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations within required timeframes
- Follow up on quotations and maintain regular client communication
- Design and produce concept plans to support proposals
- Manage existing client relationships and actively develop new business opportunities
- Plan and organise daily activities to engage with clients and generate sales
- Process orders and submit purchase orders where required
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Maintain records and provide regular reporting on sales activity and results
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and site measurements
- Ensure all work meets company standards and health & safety requirements
What we're looking for:- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar sales/design role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- A professional, confident, and positive approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
- Team player with initiative and drive
- Clean driver's licence
