    We are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our Finance team.

    The Role

    You will work closely with the Finance Operations Team Leader and wider team, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

    This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of real estate transactions, supporting sales and marketing functions, and maintaining the integrity of financial data across the business.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Accurate, organised and timely processing of sales transactions and related payments.
    • Execute accurate and timely month-end and year-end processes.
    • Receipting and reconciling trust deposits daily.
    • Reconcile marketing payments daily.
    • Payment of commissions.
    • Managing commission structures.
    About You

    You are a proactive and detail-driven professional with strong organisational capability and a high standard of accuracy.

    Key attributes & Experience:
    • Experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable advantageous
    • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, excel experience required.
    • Understanding of basic accounting principles
    • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
    • Professional, reliable, and responsive
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality
    • Able to perform effectively under pressure
