What you'll be doing:- Managing day-to-day accounting activities
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Completing bank reconciliations and preparing financial reports
- Managing GST returns and ensuring compliance
- Supporting budgeting and cash flow tracking
- Liaising with external accountants when required
What you'll bring:- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and NZ compliance requirements
- Experience with accounting software (Xero or similar)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in
