We're looking for an experienced Foreman Builder to join our tight-knit team and help lead our day-to-day site operations.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:- Managing the day-to-day running of sites
- Monitoring progress and maintaining high standards
- Planning work ahead and coordinating the team
- Ensuring site safety and organisation
- Looking after tools, equipment, and vehicles
You'll also have access to a work vehicle during work hours, and all major tools will be provided.
What We're Looking For:- Minimum 5 years' experience in the building trade
- Proven ability to run jobs and lead a team
- Strong understanding of site safety practices
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- A team player willing to go the extra mile
- Well-spoken and professional, especially with clients
- Full, clean driver's licence
- Confident with towing and reversing trailers
- Own basic hand tools
