We're on the hunt for a strong Growth & Strategy Manager to join our leadership team at Harcourts Holmwood.
This is a pivotal role in the business - working directly with the CEO/MD/CFO, shaping strategy, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard.
You'll be the go-to when it comes to:
Driving operational performance
Supporting business planning and strategic direction
Working alongside the marketing team and building a high-performance culture
Strengthening relationships with suppliers, partners and stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to improve and grow the business
Oversee the running of world class events
Oversee the recruitment strategy and process
We're looking for someone who is:
An experienced operator and natural leader
Commercially savvy with strong financial understanding
Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
A confident communicator who can influence at all levels
Real estate experience a bonus but not essential
