    Are you an exceptional organiser who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety in your day, and enjoys supporting high-performing leaders? Harcourts New Zealand is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team.

    This is a pivotal role providing high-level support to our senior leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while helping deliver outstanding outcomes across multiple business functions. No two days will be the same.

    Your ability to anticipate needs, stay ahead of deadlines, and keep everything running smoothly will be critical to success.

    What you'll do:
    • Provide executive administrative support
    • Manage diaries, travel, and emails
    • Manage databases and records
    • Coordinate meetings from start to finish
    • Coordinate internal and external communications
    • Prepare documents and presentations
    • Manage the network intranet
