  • We are currently seeking a part-time Property Manager to join our team in Albany, working around 30 hours per week.

    You will both manage an existing portfolio of properties at the same time as building the portfolio to increase your earnings.

    We provide a unique business model for our Property Managers. You'll take control of the whole letting and management process from beginning to end, and are remunerated by a share of the fees generated from the properties in the portfolio. You are also able to top up your income with management lets for other Rentex agents. We pay you as an employee and deduct PAYE, so you don't have the hassle of being a GST registered contractor.

    To be successful in this role you will need:
    • Previous Property Management experience
    • The ability to network or have an existing network within the Property Investment sector would be a great advantage
    • The ability to speak Chinese/Mandarin
    Our Property Managers are consistently earning well above industry standards. You can also enjoy flexible part-time working hours in line with your requirements to meet with clients and tenants.
