We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing Christchurch-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified builder looking to step into a dynamic, hands-on management role, working across a variety of property maintenance and building projects.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing jobs from initial site visit through to completion. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site visits and prepare accurate quotes
- Manage jobs and sites end-to-end
- Book and coordinate works across multiple projects
- Develop and send project schedules to clients
- Coordinate and work alongside a range of sub-trades
- Collaborate closely with another Project Manager in the team
About You:- Qualified builder with solid, all-round knowledge of property maintenance and building works
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
