We're currently looking for an Online Sales Consultant to join our high-performing BYD team in Auckland. This is a pivotal role focused on managing all inbound customer enquiries and turning those conversations into confirmed showroom appointments.

Key responsibilities:- Answer and manage all incoming customer calls with professionalism and energy
- Respond promptly to all online enquiries (website, email, social media)
- Engage customers confidently over the phone, build rapport quickly, and understand their needs
- Convert enquiries into qualified appointments for the sales team
- Proactively follow up all leads with the goal of securing showroom visits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM database
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service at every touchpoint
- Work closely with the sales team to support pipeline growth
About you:- A strong, confident phone manner is essential
- You enjoy speaking with people and know how to guide a conversation toward an outcome
- Driven, competitive, and motivated to be the best
- Proven ability (or natural ability) to build rapport and create urgency
- Clear and professional written communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Automotive or sales experience is a bonus, but not essential
