We're looking for a Vehicle Get Ready Coordinator to join our BYD Auckland team in Epsom.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that plays a critical part in ensuring every vehicle is prepared to the highest standard and delivered on time. You'll act as the key link between our Sales, Service, and Inventory teams, managing the full journey of a vehicle from arrival through to delivery.

Key responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end vehicle preparation process from arrival to delivery
- Coordinate vehicle movements between transport, yard, Service, and Sales teams
- Load, unload, inspect, and stock in all incoming vehicles
- Track vehicle progress and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, fuelled/charged, compliant, and presentation-ready
- Maintain accurate documentation, repair orders, and system records
- Conduct detailed quality checks to ensure vehicles meet required standards
- Communicate effectively with Sales and Service teams regarding timelines and updates
- Maintain vehicle security, key management, and yard organisation
About you:- Previous experience in automotive, logistics, fleet, or a similar role preferred
- Full, clean driver's licence (manual and automatic driving experience ideal)
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional, solutions-focused approach
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet in varying conditions
- Basic computer skills and experience with systems (DMS/CRM) advantageous
