We're looking for an Internal Service Advisor to join our BYD team in Epsom. This role is the key link between our Sales and Service departments, ensuring all vehicles are prepared to a high standard and ready for delivery.

Key responsibilities:- Manage internal repair orders from start to finish
- Coordinate vehicle preparation with Service, Sales, and Parts teams
- Track progress and ensure vehicles are ready on time
- Maintain accurate documentation and approvals
- Ensure all vehicles meet quality and presentation standards
About you:- Automotive experience preferred (Service Advisor, Technician, Warranty Administration, Concierge or similar)
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Current drivers licence
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
