Tracktion Motorcycles, one of Christchurch's leading motorcycle dealerships, is growing - and we're looking for a full-time Retail Assistant to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in the motorcycle industry, working alongside a passionate team in a busy showroom environment. If you have a strong interest in motorcycles - especially road bikes - and enjoy customer interaction, this role could be perfect for you.
What You'll Be Doing
This role is primarily sales and customer service focused, with a variety of hands-on responsibilities, including:- Assisting customers with retail sales, both In-Store and over the phone
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Maintaining showroom presentation and cleanliness
- Restocking showroom products from stock and incoming orders
- Participating in rolling stocktakes
- Keeping up to date with new products and industry trends
- Supporting the team to keep the showroom running smoothly
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in motorcycles.
You'll ideally have:- A passion for motorcycles - especially road bikes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Retail or motorcycle industry experience

Working Hours:- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Rostered Saturdays required
