Harcourts New Zealand is seeking an ambitious real estate professional to step into the role of Franchise Performance Manager - North Island, a significant career opportunity spanning from the Bombay Hills to Wellington in the South.
Reporting to the Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer of Harcourts New Zealand, you will be charged with working alongside franchise owners and their teams to drive and grow success across our Central and Wellington regions.
What you'll do:- Drive the delivery of business plan targets across the regions, franchises and offices
- Coach, mentor and support franchise owners and their teams towards their goals
- Support franchise owners to lift performance, market share and profitability
- Drive growth through improved office performance, business expansion and talent attraction
- Build relationships and drive growth through regular office visits, business planning sessions and quarterly reviews
- Champion Harcourts systems, tools, events and culture across the regions
What you'll bring:- Strong, recent "in-market" real estate experience
- A successful track record within the real estate profession
- Commercial acumen and confidence
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
- A "can do" attitude
- Ambition, optimism and a genuine passion for growing people and businesses
- Auction/auctioneer experience is advantageous but not essential
- An ability and willingness to travel across the regions
The base for this position is flexible, within the North Island.
