We are looking for an experienced and skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes genuine pride in their craft and consistently delivers a high standard of workmanship.
About the role
You will be involved in the fabrication and welding of custom steel products, working from plans to produce accurate, high-quality finished work. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a proactive attitude.
Key responsibilities:- Fabrication and welding of steel, including MIG, TIG, and aluminium work
- Reading and interpreting drawings and working from plans
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship across all jobs
- Operating, maintaining, and caring for workshop tools and machinery
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately within timeframes
- Contributing to a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
- Supporting team operations and assisting with other tasks when required
What We're Looking For:- Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder
- Strong MIG, TIG, and aluminium welding skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Hands-on attitude - willing to get stuck in
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, honest, and takes ownership of your work
- Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship
