We're looking for a detail-oriented, organised person to join the Pushbikes team in a key behind-the-scenes role. If you love bikes and you're someone who takes pride in getting things right, this could be a great fit.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our Papanui store, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:00pm (30 hours per week guaranteed). Some public holidays required.
What you'll be doing:
Managing and processing our online Shopify orders from start to finish - ordering stock from suppliers, coordinating drop shipping, chasing up outstanding items, and making sure customers are kept in the loop every step of the way.
You'll also be hands-on with receiving inwards goods, managing our shipping and courier requirements, and keeping the warehouse ticking over in coordination with the store team.
It's a juggling act - customer orders often involve multiple products from multiple suppliers - so you'll need to be someone who stays calm, stays organised, and follows things through.
What we're looking for:- Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills
- Good communicator - confident dealing with customers, suppliers, and the team via email, phone, and online chat
- Comfortable learning new systems (we use Shopify and will train you on everything else)
- A genuine interest in cycling and bike products is a big plus
- Previous experience in order fulfilment, logistics, or warehouse work is an advantage but not essential - we'll back the right person
