Harcourts New Zealand is seeking an exceptional real estate leader to step into the role of General Manager - Northern Region, a pivotal leadership position spanning from Pukekohe to the top of the North Island.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for leading the Northern Region team, partnering closely with franchise owners, and driving sustainable growth, performance and culture across the network.
What you'll do:- Lead and execute the Northern Region business plan in line with national growth objectives
- Coach, mentor and hold accountable a high-performing regional leadership team
- Partner with franchise owners to lift performance, market share and profitability
- Drive growth through improved office performance, business expansion and talent attraction
- Build strong rhythm through regular office visits, planning sessions and quarterly reviews
- Champion Harcourts systems, tools, events and culture across the region
What you'll bring:- Strong, recent "in-market" real estate leadership experience
- Proven ability to drive performance through people, relationships and accountability
- Commercial acumen and confidence working with business owners
- Exceptional communication, influence and leadership presence
- Ambition, optimism and a genuine passion for growing people and businesses
- Business ownership experience is advantageous but not essential
