We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant to join our busy store, with an immediate start available.
This role is ideal for someone with senior-level experience in fishing, who is ready to bring their expertise to the shop floor and support our customers with confidence.
About the Role:
You'll be working closely with customers who share your passion, providing expert advice and delivering outstanding service. Your strong fishing knowledge - particularly in saltwater, with some freshwater experience - will be key in helping customers find the right gear and solutions.
What We're Looking For:- Strong, hands-on experience in fishing (primarily saltwater, with freshwater knowledge an advantage)
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills
- High standard of personal presentation
- Good computer skills
- Well organised, proactive, and able to plan ahead
- Reliable, responsible, and able to take initiative
- A genuine passion for the outdoors and willingness to share your knowledge
