About the Role
We're looking for a Trade Customer Experience Representative to join our Wiri team. This is a busy, hands-on role that combines trade counter sales with day-to-day warehouse operations.
You'll be dealing directly with customers while also helping ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve trade customers at the trade counter
- Process orders quickly and accurately
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders using RF scanning systems
- Manage inwards goods and stock movements
- Support stocktakes, SKU counts, and inventory control
- Handle collections and occasional deliveries
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Contribute to process improvements
- Support Health & Safety and participate in audits
About You:- Experience in a trade, customer service, or warehouse environment
- Confident, customer-focused communicator
- Hands-on, practical, and willing to get stuck in
- Experience with RF scanners and WMS preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work to deadlines
- Full or restricted driver's licence
- Forklift licence advantageous (not essential - we can support you to obtain one)
- Basic computer skills
