We are looking for a Service & Warranty Advisor to join our service reception desk at Queenstown Motor Group specialising in - Audi, Subaru and Volkswagen.

As our dedicated Service Advisor, you'll join our Service department team as a key contact for our service customers. Your role is to ensure they have a great experience and that their vehicle gets the care it needs from our service technicians.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll handle booking schedules and ensure our customers are well-informed about the servicing process for their vehicles. Additionally, you'll coordinate with our technicians to ensure they're briefed on daily requirements, whilst allowing a good flow of communication to ensure timeframes and customer expectations are met.
The warranty role is very important in the service department and requires attention to detail to ensure claims are processed in a timely manner with all the right information presented to the distributor as per their standards. Handling any claim rejections and issues proactively and professionally.
We're looking for someone with the following:- 2 years experience in a reception, customer service, or automotive role
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attention to detail.
- Great computer skills and systems knowledge.
- Prior customer service or automotive experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
- A valid full driver's licence.
This is a permanent full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week) working Monday to Friday in Queenstown.
