We are excited to offer a very rare opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our award winning team representing the prestige brands of Audi, Volkswagen and Subaru amongst the awesome backdrop of Queenstown. This is a hands on leadership role and we are seeking the right person who will be highly visible on the showroom floor while actively supporting the sales team and able to step in and close deals when necessary. This position is suited to someone who driven, ambitious and has a proven track record in sales and is confident in using lead management and sales systems with a desire to lead, coach and drive your team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will take ownership of the sales team and mark your success by maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention while taking full accountability for financial performance of your team. You will manage vehicle inventory across new and used stock including stock turn, ageing and pricing strategy and ensure compliance with franchise standards and programmes. Why join us?:
