Marketing & Campaign Lead
Penrose
  • Work across multiple brands within our portfolio
  • Competitive salary package
  • Well-established, nationwide business

  • Join Look Floors as our new Marketing & Campaign Lead. With over 28 years in the industry, we are a well-established, nationwide business supplying flooring accessories, tools, and consumables to both trade and retail markets.

This role offers exposure to a diverse customer base and the opportunity to work across multiple brands within our portfolio.

You will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns at both local and national level, working closely with internal teams to bring initiatives to life. We're looking for someone with a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and commercial awareness, who understands how marketing supports sales in a trade-driven environment. You will deliver marketing that not only looks good, but works.

    Role Scope

You'll lead the execution and development of marketing across the business, creating campaigns, content, and digital activity that deliver real commercial outcomes. You'll proactively propose campaigns, not wait for direction.
You'll manage and improve our website, SEO, and digital channels, ensuring strong visibility and consistent messaging across both digital and branch environments.

Working closely with purchasing and suppliers, you'll own supplier marketing relationships, aligning campaigns with stock, agreements, and rebate opportunities to maximise return.

You'll take a commercial approach to performance - planning, executing, and tracking ROI across campaigns, and product sell-through, while working directly with the General Manager to ensure alignment with business priorities.
You'll also coordinate trade events, product launches and in-branch promotions, ensuring marketing connects effectively from online through to on-the-ground execution.

    About You:
    • 3-5 years' experience in a hands-on marketing role, ideally within a product, trade, or multi-channel environment
    • Strong practical capability across digital tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, social platforms) with the ability to produce high-quality work quickly
    • Comfortable working across multiple systems, with experience managing website content and product data (CRM/ERP exposure beneficial)
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple products, campaigns, and stakeholders
    • Able to manage competing priorities and follow through to delivery
    • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external suppliers
    • A commercially aware mindset, understanding how marketing activity supports sales and customer experience
    What We Offer:
    • A stable, well-established business with nationwide presence
    • The opportunity to take real ownership of day-to-day marketing execution
    • A practical, supportive team environment with a focus on getting things done
    • The chance to work across multiple brands, channels, and customer touchpoints
    • Competitive salary package
