    We're currently looking for a reliable and organised Administration & Sales Support professional to join our Waltham-based team.

    About the Role

    This is a hands-on, varied position where you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting our sales function.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Managing general office administration and maintaining organised systems
    • Preparing and processing documents, reports, and correspondence
    • Accurate data entry and system updates
    • Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and accounts administration
    • Processing bank deposits and reconciling accounts
    • Responding to customer enquiries and preparing quotes
    About You

    You'll need to be organised, detail-focused, and take pride in doing things right the first time. You'll enjoy a mix of administration and customer interaction and can manage your workload with minimal supervision.

    We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
    • Experience with Xero (preferred)
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Clear communication skills
    • Ability to work both independently and within a small team
