Pork Corp is a locally owned, farmer-operated company specialising in the processing and supply of high-quality New Zealand pork. We take pride in what we do and value people who bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the team.
We're currently looking for a reliable and organised Administration & Sales Support professional to join our Waltham-based team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, varied position where you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting our sales function.
Your responsibilities will include:- Managing general office administration and maintaining organised systems
- Preparing and processing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Accurate data entry and system updates
- Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and accounts administration
- Processing bank deposits and reconciling accounts
- Responding to customer enquiries and preparing quotes
About You
You'll need to be organised, detail-focused, and take pride in doing things right the first time. You'll enjoy a mix of administration and customer interaction and can manage your workload with minimal supervision.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Experience with Xero (preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a small team
