We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our Service team as we open our new dealership in Mt Wellington, Auckland, to launch the Forthing brand.
Forthing are a Chinese vehicle manufacturer with an exciting range of EV's & Super Hybrid vehicles with impressive future products planned.
To be considered you will need to have dealership experience including exposure to EV vehicles. The successful applicant will also need to have strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as an automotive technician at dealership level.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of vehicle technology and diagnostic tools.
- WOF certification is of benefit.
- EV level 5 is preferred although not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
The successful applicant will need to perform standard servicing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of passenger and EV vehicles with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
