    • Kapiti Coast Towing Limited is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated and reliable Tow Truck Operator / Roadside Service & Tyre Technician to join our team.

    About the Role

    Our operation runs 24/7, so flexibility is essential. You'll be part of a roster that includes nights and weekends, providing vital roadside assistance and towing services to our community.

    What We're Looking For:
    • Full Class 2 driver licence (minimum requirement)
    • Must also have held a Full Class 1 driver licence for a minimum of 2 years
    • Must live within the wider Kapiti Coast area
    • NZ residency or a valid work visa
    • Current V Endorsement (Vehicle Recovery) would be advantage, otherwise the ability to obtain a V endorsement is a requirement for employment
    • Clean driver licence and ability to pass an NZ Police background check
    • Willingness to undergo pre-employment and random drug & alcohol testing
    • Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage, but a strong willingness to learn is essential
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to think on your feet under pressure
