About this role
This is a varied and hands-on role where you will take ownership of client relationships, contribute ideas, and play a key role in how work is delivered across the agency. You'll be expected to bring thinking to the table, shape strategy, and ensure the work delivered drives real business outcomes.

Responsibilities:- Own client relationships, be the main point of contact and trusted advisor
- Understand client goals and translate these into clear scope, proposals, and retainers
- Identify growth opportunities across accounts (upsell, cross-sell, new initiatives)
- Lead client meetings with confidence and clear direction
- Brief internal teams (design, dev, ads) to ensure high-quality delivery
- Ensure work is delivered on time, aligned to scope, and to a high standard
- Analyse performance and turn data into clear, actionable insights for clients
- Take ownership of client outcomes not just activity
Requirements:- 3-5+ years experience in a digital agency or similar environment
- Strong understanding of digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, websites)
- Commercial mindset, understands how work impacts business outcomes
- Confident managing clients
- Ability to grow accounts and retain clients
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience with reporting platforms (GA4, Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- High level of ownership and accountability
