    • We are a growing company operating across commercial construction sites in Auckland, specialising in façade protection systems, site-based installation, and project documentation.

    We are looking for 1 reliable, hands-on operator who can show up, work independently, and deliver consistent results without needing to be managed throughout the day.

    This role involves:
    • Working across active construction sites
    • Installing surface protection systems
    • Capturing job data and documentation using mobile systems
    • Maintaining a steady work pace while delivering quality work
    This role suits someone who:
    • Shows up on time, every day
    • Can work independently without being chased
    • Has experience using tools or working on construction sites
    • Takes ownership of their work, including reporting and documentation
    • Can follow systems and processes consistently
    This role is NOT suited to someone who:
    • Needs to be told what to do throughout the day
    • Struggles with punctuality or attendance
    • Avoids responsibility or accountability
    • Waits around for direction instead of taking initiative
