Capital Precut Solutions Ltd is a proudly independent timber frame and truss manufacturer.
We're growing and looking for an Experienced Frame and Truss Manufacturer to join our production crew in Rolleston.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in frame and truss or the wider construction industry. For the right person, there is an opportunity to step into a leadership or mentoring capacity as the team continues to grow.
If you enjoy hands-on, physical work and take pride in quality craftsmanship, this could be the perfect role for you - whether you're looking to focus on your trade or progress into a more senior position over time.
You'll be involved in the manufacture of structural timber components for residential builds, with the opportunity to support day-to-day workflow, assist team members, and contribute to maintaining productivity and quality standards across the production floor.
Skills and experience that will help you succeed:- Previous experience in frame and truss manufacturing or a strong construction background
- Confident using a range of hand and power tools
- Good understanding of timber products and safe handling practices
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in a similar senior or leading hand role is highly regarded.
What we offer:- Full-time permanent work (42.5 hours per week)
