About Zero Renewables

The Role
This isn't a standard sparky gig. It's a genuine stepping stone into leadership, with roughly half your time on the tools and the other half running the operational side of jobs. You'll be the person who keeps sites moving, standards high, and clients happy.
Starting from $42 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
What You'll Be Doing:- Solar and renewables installation across residential and commercial sites
- Leading and supporting crew on-site
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the wider team
- Maintaining quality and safety standards across every job
- Growing into an operations and leadership capacity as the business scales
What We're Looking For:- NZ registered electrician with a current practising licence
- Someone who takes pride in their work, not just on the good days
- Natural leadership ability, or the clear drive to develop it
- Full, clean driver's licence
- Great attitude, no exceptions
Solar experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We'll provide Mains Parallel Generation endorsement training for the right person.
