About Us:
Hansens Auto Services is a long standing, family-owned business located in Queenstown's Industrial Place, just five minutes from the centre of town. We are Central Otago's parts and service dealer for Land Rover, Volvo, Jaguar and Mercedes-Benz. We also repair and maintain all cars and 4WD's.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled experienced Automotive Technician to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a range of Mercedes-Benz vans. Priority will be given to Technicians who have previous experience with this brand.
About You:- Have an Automotive Technician Trade Qualification or at least 4 years of previous Automotive Technician experience.
- Have the ability to work unsupervised.
- W.O.F license preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in using computerized diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and repair instructions.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Valid, clean NZ driver's license.
- NZ Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Valid work visa for NZ
Qualifications:
A trade qualification as an Automotive Technician (relevant overseas qualifications are acceptable) or 4 years of relevant trade experience.
