Hunting & Fishing North Canterbury are on the hunt for a new full time team member who has an interest in general outdoor pursuits.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a vibrant and energetic salesperson who also has experience in inwards goods looking to take their career to the next level.
We pride ourselves on our strong product knowledge, outstanding customer service, and genuine interest in all things to do with the outdoors, including fresh and salt water fishing, diving, hunting, camping and clothing. We need people who believe in our products and can relate to our customers!
Our ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Previous experience in inwards goods
- Have a confident, friendly, and professional manner
- High standard of personal presentation
- Well organised, proactive and able to forward plan
- Can take instruction and constructive feedback
- Switched on and responsible
- Must have a high level of computer skills
Having previous experience in retail and inwards goods using Advanced Retail would be an advantage, however not essential. The applicant should ideally have a current firearms license, but if not, you will have to be willing and able to obtain one.
This is a full-time position which will include working weekends and public holidays.
