Flooring Junction are one of Auckland's largest commercial flooring companies working across large scale construction projects.
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial flooring projects across Auckland.
You'll manage site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure installations are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard..
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in construction or flooring
- Strong understanding of flooring systems and subfloor preparation
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
- Solid knowledge of NZ health & safety requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
If you have a strong background in construction or flooring, enjoy coordinating trades, and take pride in delivering high-quality work on time and safely, this could be the role for you.
Key responsibilities will include:- Manage day-to-day site operations across flooring projects
- Coordinate installers, subcontractors, and other trades
- Ensure subfloor readiness (tolerance, moisture, prep requirements)
- Oversee installation of carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl/LVT, and timber
- Maintain health & safety compliance on all sites
- Monitor quality control and ensure work meets specification
- Liaise with Project Managers and clients
- Identify and escalate variations (e.g., floor prep, remediation)
