Your Day-to-Day Will Include:- Customer Service Excellence - Be the friendly expert clients trust for advice and support.
- Routine Maintenance - Keep pools and spas sparkling clean and chemically balanced.
- Detailed Record Keeping - Log service visits, test results, and repairs accurately.
- Safety First - Handle chemicals and electrical equipment with care, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
What You'll Bring to the Team:- NZ Level 3 qualification or 3+ years of hands-on experience in pool/spa maintenance and repair.
- Solid understanding of pool and spa systems, plumbing, electrical components, and water chemistry.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical capability to lift and move equipment and perform manual tasks.
- A valid NZ Driver's Licence.
