    We're now looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team - a dynamic, hands-on role that blends marketing, administration, and customer interaction.

    About the Role

    Based at 276 Victoria Avenue, this role is responsible for driving all dealership marketing activity while supporting the sales team and enhancing the customer experience both in person and online.

    This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with organisation and customer interaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Marketing & Digital:
    • Coordinate weekly newspaper advertising for new and used vehicles
    • Manage radio and digital campaigns aligned with sales programs
    • Create and schedule content across Facebook and Instagram (posts, stories, reels)
    • Monitor social media inboxes and respond to customer enquiries
    • Manage vehicle listings across Trade Me, Autotrader, and Autoplay
    • Produce monthly marketing performance reports and analytics
    • Maintain and update the dealership website
    Branding & Presentation:
    • Coordinate showroom and vehicle signage with suppliers
    • Ensure all point-of-sale material is accurate and up to date
    • Manage stock of brochures, signage, and promotional materials
    • Oversee staff apparel and uniforms
    Events & Community:
    • Plan and deliver sales events and staff functions
    • Manage sponsorship relationships and promote community involvement
    • Represent the dealership at local events and activations
    Sales & Customer Support:
    • Provide day-to-day support to the sales team
    • Assist with customer enquiries, both in person and online
    • Support the sales process and overall customer experience
    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Manage insurance claims processes when required, including liaising with insurers and coordinating documentation
    What we're looking for:
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Confident communicator with excellent customer service ability
    • Experience in marketing, admin, or sales support (automotive a bonus)
    • Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines
    • High attention to detail and pride in presentation
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team
