Barclay Yachts are seeking a skilled marine cabinet maker / boat builder to join our nimble team. We pride ourselves on delivering highest quality work, professional service and maintaining a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Luxury yacht interior fit out
- General boat building tasks
- Build bespoke cabinetry to completion
- Solid timber joinery
- Teak decking
- Installation
- Read and interpret plans accurately
- Liaise with team & other trades to ensure smooth project completion
- Complete tasks to spec with care & attention to detail.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work. You'll be detail-focused, able to follow processes, and work efficiently to deadlines. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt and fit into our team are essential.
Requirements:- Qualified with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience on boats
- Competent in aspects of boat building, refits, woodwork & cabinet making
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain a solution-focused approach
- Own vehicle, driver's license
- Strong communication skills and good work ethic
- Punctuality is essential
