    We're looking for a motivated Retail & Fleet Sales Support professional to support our busy teams across Andrew Simms Kia and Newmarket GWM.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to work across two leading brands, playing a key role in ensuring the seamless processing and delivery of vehicles while building strong relationships with customers.

    About the Role

    This role is central to the success of our sales operations, supporting both retail and fleet departments. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all vehicle sales processes - from order placement through to delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate fleet vehicle orders, ensuring efficient processing and timely delivery
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet and corporate customers
    • Support the sales team with administration, including; purchase orders, quote preparation and sales documentation
    • Manage vehicle stock movements between dealerships
    • Assist with dealership promotions and events
    • Liaise with suppliers, finance teams, and internal departments
    • Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure vehicles are prepared on time
    • Maintain accurate records and reporting (AutoPlay, sales logs, manufacturer reports, etc.)
    • Provide general administrative support to support day-to-day dealership operations
    What We're Looking For:
    • Previous administrative experience preferred (automotive industry an advantage)
    • Strong customer service focus across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your style
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
    • Professional and confident approach
    • Positive attitude and adaptable to change
