    • 2026 is shaping up to be a massive year for electric vehicles, and BYD continues to lead the charge with increasing demand across its growing range. At Andrew Simms North Shore, we're looking for a polished, people-focused Dealership Concierge to be the welcoming face of our busy showroom.

    This is a key frontline role where you'll set the tone for every customer visit - ensuring each guest feels valued, comfortable, and excited about their BYD experience.

    About the Role:

    As our Dealership Concierge, you'll be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience from the moment guests arrive.

    Your day-to-day will include:
    • Welcoming customers to the dealership with warmth and professionalism
    • Offering refreshments including coffee, tea, water, and light snacks
    • Confirming arrivals for pre-booked appointments
    • Coordinating with the Sales team to ensure smooth customer handovers
    • Maintaining an organised and presentable car park and demo vehicle lineup
    • Assisting with preparing vehicles for test drives, including charging readiness
    • Greeting customers returning from test drives when Sales staff are busy

    We're looking for someone who brings:
    • Previous customer-facing experience (hospitality, retail, or similar preferred)
    • A warm, confident, and professional manner
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
    • A proactive, can-do attitude
    • Immaculate personal presentation
    • The ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment
    Hours are Wednesday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, and Sunday 10am - 4pm (Monday and Tuesday off).
