Industry Motor Group is a well-established, 100% NZ-owned dealership with branches in Penrose, Takanini, and Hamilton. We pride ourselves on delivering vehicles to a premium standard and maintaining exceptional presentation across our yards.
We're looking for a Detailing Specialist / Vehicle Groomer who takes pride in their work and is eager to learn and grow within our business.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure our vehicles are presented to the highest standard before sale and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Cutting and polishing vehicles to a high standard
- Applying ceramic coatings (training provided)
- Repairing minor paint defects, including stone chips
- Full vehicle grooming and detailing (interior & exterior)
- Maintaining yard cleanliness and presentation
- Supporting general yard duties as required
What We're Looking For:- A genuine passion for cars and pride in presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in cutting and polishing (preferred)
- Background in panel & paint highly regarded
- Ceramic coating experience not essential - we will train the right person
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
- Full, clean driver's licence
