Shadeland Te Tai Tokerau is an award-winning Northland business specialising in premium shade systems, outdoor blinds, and custom installations. We're growing fast and need the right person to join our install team.
The Role
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where no two days are the same.
You'll be:- Installing shade sails, outdoor blinds, and outdoor structures
- Working across multiple sites (we don't sit on one job for weeks)
- Measuring, building, fixing, and finishing to a high standard
- Dealing with clients on-site
You'll be supporting our lead installer who is young and driven, work alongside him to build a strong, efficient team, whilst working within the broader Shadeland team.
Who We're Looking For
We're are focused on attitude and capability. Experience in the residential building industry is ideal.
You might be:- A builder, roofer, aluminium joiner, or similar tradie
- Someone with solid hands-on skills and a good work ethic
- Or someone with moderate residential experience who's hungry to learn and step up

- You want to be part of a team, not just do your own thing

What You'll Bring:- Practical skills and attention to detail, finishing is critical
- Good communication with both team and clients
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a crew
- Full NZ driver's licence
- Background in a Residential Trade (don't have to be qualified)
